Yes, its a children's book, but don't let that fool you. Neil Gaiman is just weird! I still need to read that book though. He wrote two picture books for younger children called The Day I Swapped My Dad for Two Goldfish and The Wolves are in the wall. Both books are rather tame, but the art work in the 2nd one was extremely freaky! I wouldn't read it to my 5 year olds :)
I hope last night doesn't wake up this morning and tell tomorrow what I've done

Just finished:

Jacqueline Carey - "Kushiel's Justice"
I'm working on getting there, heh. I've just been really busy or else I would've finished it when it came out. The thing is.. I started readin the series during my summer vacation last year (as in over a year ago). And I got halfway through "Kushiel's Avatar" before I put down the series. Then I was at work, at school, and just overall busy so I dropped it until now when I've started picking it back up.. however.. that too is a problem because I have a problem with readin too many things at once:

"Kushiel's Avatar" by Jacqueline Carey
"Gods Behaving Badly" by Marie Phillips
"Son of Avonar" by Carol Berg
"Arrows of the Queen" by Mercedes Lackey

I'm like halfway through Kushiel, a few chapters into Gods, 1/3 way done with Avonar and just started Arrows (for like the 20th time).

The second Kushiel series is not really about Phedre anymore, but still quite enjoyable. It's a good read, and it had some nice steamy sex scenes. :D

Reading Lisey's Story by King.  I avoided it for a long time, felt like his new shit probably wasn't good.  Fortunately, I was wrong.  A very touching book, and in true King fashion, royally fucked up.

I've mentally caved.  As soon as I can get my hands on my many, many copies of the Wheel of Time, I'll reread.  :(

Nope. It's a major character in the third book that gets its own series.
But it's very enjoyable nonetheless, you won't be disappointed. :)

BTW Croi: I had a hard time getting into Lisey's Story... it seemed to drag on in the beginning. Is it worth it?

Well.. I'll give it a go when either a) I work at a bookstore again or b) it comes out in paperback. A is more likely to come before B. It happens to be my addiction, lol. Thanks for the opinions though.

Im reading the golden bow by george fraser.  I don't like it at all.  It is quite heathenish in it's tone.
