:headwall:

I was so god damn tired >_<

Anyone have some tips about how to quit doing meth?

Oh well.

Yes, the title sort of said it.
then again, I did not foresee it happen in the way it did, with the whole apocalypse beginning thing. The worm waking up has been like the big no no of the entire series so far >_< And if I hadn't read the book I would consider it a huge spoiler ^^
Sure, I could. But these days I am not too optimistic about the life spans of my favorite authors :(

Wow, it's been turned into a 4-book series already? I had some respect for SRD....

I read both teh previous series, which were good, i loved the 2nd Chronicles especialyl so I bought the f irst book of this series a year or two ago. I couldn't get further than the first two thirds unfortunately. I don't know why, but I guess it is that the whole basis of the original series was the character of Thomas Covenant, his issues, his mental life etc  That's why it was called the Thomas Covenant Chronicles - unlike most fantasy the main theme isn't the actual world or what happens to it, it's what happens to the character, and what happens in the world reflects what happens to him.

Now he's apparently daed, at least i didnt hear about him as far as i read, and you just have his ex-lover who was never a very itneresting person.

I do like the concept of the 'end of magic/golden era' thing in The Land, where everything's more 'realistic', 'darker' etc but the story itself didn't grab me

Luckily, no. But the lady has a point.
Now I've heard there was a secret chord
That David played, and it pleased the Lord
But you don't really care for music, do you?
