What's currently pissing you off?
« on: January 05, 2007, 09:34:07 am »
I've got two things that is pissing me the fuck off right now. The first is my stupid Suunto watch. Been had that shit for two months and the first time I decide to actually program it, the Mode button dies on me. You'd think that for what I paid for it, you would actually get something that's actually well made. Secondly, I somehow lost my headset (mobile phone headset that is) and I dunno if the watch or the headset's pissing me off the most. I hate loosing shit... especially shit that I use a lot. I can't even figure out how the fuck I managed to lose it. Grrrrrr.

Nothing much right now, actually. But I'm about to go to bed. Morning is bound to bring plenty of things for me to be cranky about.

Actually feeling quite mellow this afternoon.

Had heap big meeting with the top dogs in the department about a project I'm doing that went well.
Had a nice birthday get together last night for the missus birthday.
Paolo is here for a week or so.
It is warm and rainy outside.
Dogs are sleeping on the sofa.

Just to warm and fuzzy to be pissed off.

I don't drink, and I don't believe in new people.
They're either whores or stupid, they get drunk and I wouldn't know what to talk about with them.

Talk about beer! Just how refined you are because of the wine you drink! Sex and nudity, Rick. Talk about that. I'm sure you'd find a cult following.

The fact that I had to go to my father-in-law-to-be's birthday party and pay for my own dinner.

EDIT: It was his 50th, to be precise. We're both a bit pissed about it, here in the comfort of our own home.

Hmmm. I suppose I should add having an idiot Marine to account for to the list... and the fact that I now have to baby-sit another one with a drinking problem this weekend. I think I'll do the baby-sitting by getting trashed this weekend.
