Bob is the name, right?
If there is a thread, I'll post in it. If I post in it, it will die. That is the cycle of the Walrus.

When people see me lurkin', they go pomgwtfnoesbbq and guestify. Are you a pretty little guest now too?

Ok, I finished the first book.

the shifting between present and past was a little annoying.  I prefer a more linear narrative.    I noticed a few things that irked me.   Annoyed is too strong a word.   Things taken from earth like chocolate.  I can deal with things expected in fantasy like wagons, weapons, wine, beer, etc.  But chocolate seems too modern.
I can run faster scared than you can angry.

11 years later I've actually read the damn book and the sequel too. Now if Rothfuss only would release the 3rd book during this decade.
