Poem
« on: August 03, 2008, 09:42:38 am »
I wrote this poem yesterday. It's about the fragile nature of life, and the return to innocence.

Forward ho the cannons!
Boom goes my heart
and boom goes my cannon.
You are dead
But your boots will live forever
In my heart and on my feet.
Hunchback: Repent

I repent every day Hunchie. And every day god makes me newer, faster, smarter, sexier, and ready to sin again.

Should be in Culture Freak, imo.
It is believed Stalin is directly responsible for personally shooting, cooking and consuming as many as 230 million Soviet people.

I dont know. If its meant as a piece if literature, then yes, but if its a piece of satire, then it belongs here. A tough call. Maybe I should split the topic, just in case?

Moving this was corny, and so is moving threads and leaving old locked shadow threads behind - you are clogging up the front page with locked threads

No shadow threads = new threads with "omg where did that other thread go?!".
Although SMF does have somewhat crappy shadow thread abilities.

People balder than you demand shadow threads.

That's right. A return to common sense.

Common sense is a horrible misnomer. I would dispute the fact that we all hold a sense which could be regarded as 'common' in regards to the moderation of this board and even if there was one, it may not be the proper one to use.

Perhaps just say "A return to my way of thinking".

Fine. A return to my way of thinking. Where moderators won't be pushing pencils around with their noses just to keep busy. Moving threads from one empty forum to another empty forum.

THe sooner the better.

Very funny. You can tell your shrink all about it at your next meeting next week. I wonder if this qualifies as one of those anxiety exercises you're too scared to do?

Good on ya!

Awesome, keep scanning for all the personal info you can find.  Google might help too if you look up my name.  You'll destroy me yet with your cutting attacks.  I can take the criticisms of even the most obvious douchebags personally, so I should provide a pretty easy target if you do your homework.

Just make sure you never develop a sense of humour about anything at your own expense.

Doesn't he need a job to even obtain a kill permit anyway? All he seems to do is loaf around in #fantasy-freak and hate down on everyone like a good soupstah should. :)
