Legacy of Kain - Defiance; fixed camera crap
« on: February 09, 2004, 10:00:15 PM »
I tried this game a bit last night.
It got some pretty cool graphics though it's pretty much basic nowadays.
Story is a bit hard to get into unless you read the manual, which comes as a pdf as well, but is in general very nice so far, even for a hack'n'slash game. ;) Anyhow, this game could have been fun if it wasn't for the fixed camera that changes dynamically for every scene. *grumble*

the camera annoyed the snot out of me in the game, but other than that i loved it.  nothing was more fun than using telekinesis to throw a guy into a fire and then watching him run around screaming and setting other people on fire.  then again, chucking people over cliffs and listening to them fall was fun too.
When the only tool you have is a shotgun, all of your problems start to look alot like zombies
