i've seen what's available of season 8 of sg1 and atlantis.. I like atlantis alot, it's fun. Major shepards a lil bit.. young to be in command imo, but it's still a good show.

i've lost count of how many times i've seen SIMAAM. it's been 8 years since i first saw it so it's got to be at least 20. enough to memorise alot of it anyhoo and it is definitely still as funny as ever :)

Went to see Wimbledon tonight. I expected lightweight romantic fluff with engaging leads playing not too convincing tennis, and was 100% satisfied.

Just saw Ella Enchanted. It's not in the same league as Shrek or The Princess Bride (the most obvious comparisons, IMO), and Anne Hathaway isn't as hot as the CGI Fiona :lurk: but I liked it nevertheless. :)

Only thing I missed was the just and brutal physical punishment of Lucinda and Hattie. Damn but those two pissed me off (so, in a sense, they were brilliant).
